We have an opening for those who are seeking employment as an Administrative Assistant for Office Support. The administrative assistant position is a multi-faceted position that requires an individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and the ability to work well with others in a diverse environment.
A detail-oriented, well-organized person with excellent communication, writing and editing skills are preferred. Duties of the position include managing a front desk/reception area, answering phones, editing and formatting reports and general administrative support duties. Candidate should possess technical writing skills and an eye for detail. Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and general IT skills are essential and 1-2 years of office experience is required.
Position is part-time. Schedule is flexible but the ideal candidate would be able to work Monday through Friday, 15 to 20 hours per week. Individual with a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
