The principle engineer of the firm Haregu Nemariam, PE was employed by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) as an Access/Development Review Coordinator prior to establishing the firm. While at ODOT she assisted developers and government agencies determine safe access location and helped mitigate the long/short term impacts of proposed developments through access management and existing transportation system/driveway improvements.
